Terms & Conditions


We consider the confidentiality of our clients a priority concern. Thus, no records will be disclosed to any third party except for our authorized agents, manufacturer/supplier(s), and under legal circumstances, to the appropriate authorities. Clients can practice their rights to request copies of the records we keep, upon giving us prior notice regarding the request.

We request our clients to retain the relevant copies of documents carrying the details of the services provided to them. As a part of our agreed contract, we shall entertain our clients by issuing them the appropriate written data of our records in the form of hard copies/handouts to ensure a beneficial relationship between both parties. The trust of our client is very important to us, and we will not let it be jeopardized. Therefore, we review the trail (your trail left while traveling through our site) internally and discard it.

Delivery Charges

Our primary carriers are DHL, FedEx, Dubai UPS and Sky net, through which we manage our worldwide courier services.

It is important to know that priority mail from FedEx and DHL may take up to 4-5 days to arrive. Given the DHL services record, the parcel post can take two weeks to arrive within Canada and USA. It can take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive within AK and HI.   

Furthermore, we might also take the assistance of other courier services which seem best suitable for the location of the delivery.

We do not take any accountability regarding the delivery. The guarantee of the delivery services is the domain of the shipping company that keeps us in the loop with tracking information.

We help our clients in avoiding the hassles of delivery of orders, but we do not own the shipping company. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any shipment lost.

In case of shipment loss, the client will be liable to either pay the production charges again or, if the shipping company refuses to waive the shipping charges, the cost will have to be accommodated too.

Order Cancelation 

You have the right to cancel an order after the payment is made, but the cancelation has to be done within 24 hours. It is important to remember that Mega Sports Apparel deals in custom-manufactured products as per the order of the client. If your placed order has passed its 24 hours course, you will not be able to cancel it at any hour regardless of the stage as well as the nature of your order.

Kindly acknowledge that you cannot cancel an order once it has been delivered to you or are in transit from Mega Sports Apparel. The concern regarding the cancellation procedures is that we significantly manufacture the goods based on your custom specifications or measurements.

The customer’s order will be automatically canceled if he fails to reply or approve any sample emailed or sent to him within 2 months of receiving it. The customer has to place a new order and pay the full invoice again.

Delivery Delay

As a customer, it is your responsibility to make sure that all the contact details, including the delivery address, are accurate, as well as to make sure that either you or a representative you nominate will be able to accept and sign for the delivery of the goods when they arrive at your address.

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address at the time of placing your order, ‘Mega Sports Apparel’ will not be liable for the failure to deliver or sign for your order. At the time of delivery, the postal service or courier agency will not be responsible if the address you provided is closed or inaccessible.

If you are placing an order with ‘Mega Sports Apparel’, you can choose between established postal services or courier companies to ship your order. In the event of a late or lost delivery, we take no responsibility after the dispatch of the goods.

Refund policy

‘Mega Sports Apparel’ only provides its customers with quality-controlled goods that meet ‘Mega Sports Apparel’ quality standards. At the time of placing an order, we follow the specifications provided by the customer. Customers will be informed and confirmed of any changes during production. Returns and refunds are not accepted for customized goods. In this case, you can ask for pictures, video conferences, or anything else that would allow you to see your specifications being followed.

If the garment has not been approved for bulk production or has not yet been shipped, it can be replaced. In addition to making changes before the order has shipped, we will re-ship the garment after the order has been shipped.

The company will provide the customer with pictures, tech packs, mockups, and all the necessary information to get the customer’s approval before starting the bulk manufacturing. The shipping process will begin only if the customer approves the bulk via the given digital information. However, if the customer asks for a bulk order directly instead of samples, the company will not be responsible for any flaws, quality errors, wrong sizes, or any further incorrect elements.

Fabric Planing and Specification

We offer our customers full customization options for every product we manufacture. For smaller quantities, we buy ready-made fabrics from the market as close as possible to the fabric specifications and color, depending on what’s available at the moment.

Only knitted fabrics with unusual blends can be 100% accurate when they have a minimum quantity of at least 1000 pieces plus, and in addition to providing them with the required fabric, we can also provide a lab test report that reveals the exact requirements for the fabric.

Turnaround Commencement

You will receive an order summary within 24-48 hours of submitting your payment, which starts the turnaround time. Customers must thoroughly review the order summary, as it cannot be modified once it has been forwarded to production.

Production Delay

Your custom-made apparel is produced entirely based on the communication you maintain with Mega Sports Apparel’s relationship manager. When we wait for customer approval, our production time stops, which increases our customers’ production times.

In addition, fabric availability and other factors can delay production. A standard rough estimate of 17 business days is provided to all customers. It usually doesn’t take that long to complete an order. However, we will continue to communicate with you throughout the production process and let you know if any delays occur.

Shipment Approval Delay

Once the production process is complete, Mega Sports Apparel can store products for only 15 days. An additional USD50.00 per day will be charged to the customer after 15 days. Unless the customer wishes to pay an additional storage fee, we will not be liable for the goods if the customer fails to contact us within one month.

Mega Sports Apparel insists on delivering goods to customers in perfect condition, so it requires approval before shipping. We reserve the right to ship out goods without the customer’s approval if they fail to respond within the given timeframe. We won’t be responsible for faulty products after that.
