Bio Washing

Natural soap suds, color fixers, brightening agents, and cloth conditioners make it a great alternative to detergents that contain harmful chemicals.
Acid Washing
Our Mega Sports Apparel team also offers acid washing, also called stone washing, to give your clothes that much-hyped fade effect. You can choose to have it done the way you like. We usually do this on garments made from stronger fabrics like denim and twill.

Enzyme Washing

Stone Washing
The purpose of stone washing is to soften and break down fabric fibers so that they appear vintage and worn. As an alternative to traditional washing methods, it has become a popular marketing technique for sports apparel brands.
Multiple steps are taken during the stone-washing process at Mega Sports Apparel. The fabric is first placed in a wash drum with small stones. The stones rub against the fabric, softening it and polishing its fibers. As a result of this process, the oily, shiny residue left over from the dying process is removed, and the fabric looks vintage and worn.
In order to remove all the stone particles from the fabric, it is then rinsed in a tub after the stone washing cycle is complete. To set the fabric in the washed state, the fabric is dried in a temperature and humidity-controlled room. Additionally, the fabrics may be further treated for waterproofing or fire-retardant properties.
